Artistic Residence at CEIP Angelina Carnicer

As part of Residències Artìstiques en Centres Educatius del Ayuntamiento de Valencia 2023-2024 we developed the project cuerpocuerpo together with the students of 4th grade of primary school at CEIP Angelina Carnicer.

By installing a body exploration lab, we co-created an audio guide to tour the school with unusual actions. To do this, the work was organised in three phases: writing, mapping and sound recording, using tools from performance, sound, dance and creative writing.

In this case, we focused on working with children based on the premise that everyone has a body to explore, encouraging the acceptance of the diversity, backgrounds, possibilities and dismantling prejudices.
